    yum. I’ve never cooked goat before, what was it like? I was just noticing that I could get some at the farmer’s market now….

    I got mine at the farmer’s market too. It was pretty much like beef, I think? It was pretty heavily spiced. I didn’t use the exact spices that were in the recipe, but I used about 1/4 cup za’atar. With that much seasoning, just about anything would taste like beef. L loved it. 🙂
